For all of the red wine, margaritas, French fries, calamari and gummy bears I eat, the above (tempeh on multigrain with organic veggie burger and raw fruit/veggies) coupled with a seventeen-years-long exercise regimen is the norm and staple; junk is only an accent. I never really give credit to the healthy or good stuff, but I have to say that when I look at my life and lifestyle it is more healthy than not-healthy. Genetics only plays a small part!
